Massachusetts Real Estate Appraisers
- To renew you Real Estate Appraiser License in the state of Massachusetts, you are required to complete 45 hours of continuing education every 3 years.
- All Real Estate Appraiser Licenses shall expire every 3 years. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- 21 of the continuing education hours must be completed in the USPAP Update courses. The remaining 10 hours may be completed in subjects that are approved through the Board. Excess CE hour may not be carried over.
- Real Estate Appraisers shall receive a certificate of completion after completing the continuing education course. Licensees are encouraged to retain a record of the continuing education course completion.
