- To renew your Real Estate Brokers License in the state of Massachusetts, you are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- Real Estate Broker Licenses expire every 2 years on the licensees’ date of birth. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Real Estate Brokers shall take courses for continuing education that are approved by the Board. Licensees shall submit verification of continuing education completion.
- Continuing education providers shall maintain a record of continuing education completion for a minimum of 3 years.
